Requires: trimming to fit, and a bare metal tailgate. Cat ships this mat at 62 by 21 inches with cut guides marked at 17x54, 19x59, 20x60 and 21x62 inches, so it covers full-size and midsize gates but nearly always needs cutting with scissors or a utility knife. Cat states it is made for bare metal tailgates and is not compatible with plastic tailgates. Mounting hardware is included and fitting it involves drilling.
