Most F-150 suspension work comes down to one of three goals: level out the factory nose-down stance, clear a bigger tire, or swap out worn shocks for something better. Here's what's actually active in the catalog right now, broken out by how much height each option adds. RideBuildList earns commissions from some retailer links.

Leveling kits (2" to 2.75" front)

A leveling kit brings the front up to match the rear. It's the cheapest way to fix the stock rake and squeeze in a slightly bigger tire without changing the rear ride height at all.

KitYearsWhat it does
ReadyLift 2.0" Leveling Kit2021-2026Fixed 2.0" front spacer kit
ReadyLift 2.25" Leveling Kit2015-2020Fixed 2.25" front spacer kit
Eibach Pro-Lift-Kit (2" front leveling springs, 3.5L EcoBoost and 5.0L V8)2015-2020, 3.5L/5.0LSprings only, 2" front, reuses factory shocks
Eibach Pro-Lift-Kit (2" front leveling springs, 2.7L EcoBoost)2015-2020, 2.7LSame as above, 2.7L-specific PN
Bilstein B8 6112 Front Leveling Strut Kit2021-2026Adjustable front strut, up to 2.25"
Eibach Pro-Truck-Lift Stage 1 (full shock + spring kit)2021-2026Full shock-and-spring kit, roughly 2" to 2.75"
Rough Country 2" Lift Kit2021-2026Fixed 2" lift kit

Bilstein B8 5100 Series Front Shock, 2WD (SKU 24-352864) does a similar job through snap-ring adjustment rather than a spacer, up to about 2.75" per Bilstein's own spec. That part is split into separate SKUs by drivetrain and model year, so match yours before ordering.

If you're on a PowerBoost hybrid, skip the generic EcoBoost kits. Truxxx 2" Front Leveling Kit (SKU 105052) is built specifically for the hybrid's extra curb weight and installs at the factory strut mounts, no cutting.

Mid lift kits (3" to 3.5")

This is the range where you're adding real ground clearance, not just leveling the stance.

KitYearsWhat it does
ReadyLift 3.5" SST Lift Kit (front+rear)2015-20203.5" front / roughly 2" rear, front and rear
ReadyLift 3.5" SST2.1 Suspension System (Falcon 2.1 monotube struts)2021-20263.5" front, Falcon 2.1 monotube struts, adjustable rear
Skyjacker 3" Upper A-Arm Kit w/ Black MAX Shocks2021-20263" lift via upper control arms and shocks, excludes CCD and BlueCruise trucks

The Skyjacker kit uses control arms instead of spacers, which is the more common way to keep factory-like geometry and suspension travel at this height.

Big lift kits (5" to 6")

At this height you're running the biggest tires the truck can clear, and most of these call for a professional install.

KitYearsWhat it does
BDS Suspension 6" Lift Kit2021-20266" lift, excludes CCD and Tremor trucks
ReadyLift 6" Big Lift Kit w/ SST3000 rear shocks2015-20206" front and rear, includes SST3000 rear shocks
ReadyLift 6" MAX3.3 Suspension System (Falcon 3.3 coilovers)2021-20246" front and rear, Falcon 3.3 coilovers, excludes Raptor/CCD/2WD
Superlift 6" Lift Kit w/ King Coilovers2021-20266" lift with King coilovers
Deaver Spring 5" Lift Rear Leaf Spring (Part P18)2015-20205" rear leaf spring, rear only, pair with a front kit

ReadyLift's own spec for the Big Lift 6 kit says a 20x9 wheel at 0 offset clears their recommended 295/65R20 (35") tire, and that's also what they used to test-fit a 37" tire, though that may need trimming. BDS wants at least an 18" wheel and 5-5.5" of backspacing, and says stock 17"/18" wheels won't go back on. Superlift's own listing has a labeling inconsistency between offset and backspacing on this kit, so confirm wheel fitment with them directly before you order wheels for it.

Shocks and coilovers without a height change

Not every upgrade here adds lift. Some of these are just better dampers at stock height, or pair with a leveling kit you already bought.

King Shocks 2.5 Front CoiloverFront coiloverBuild-to-spec by valving and spring rate
Cognito Motorsports SM Series Uniball Upper Control Arm KitUpper control armsUniball joints, needed for bigger lift heights

The King coilover is built to order, so the catalog doesn't publish a price for it. Everything else on this page does.

Raptor and Raptor R

Raptor suspension is its own ecosystem because the truck ships with Fox Live Valve electronic shocks from the factory, and most upgrades are built to work with that system rather than replace it.

Eibach Gen 3 Raptor Pro-Lift-Kit (springs only) is a springs-only kit for the Gen 3 Raptor that keeps the factory Fox shocks in place. For the Raptor R specifically, Eibach Eibach PRO-LIFT-KIT (Front +2.5" / Rear +1.5") lifts the front 2.5" and rear 1.5" while staying compatible with the factory Fox Live Valve shocks. Hellwig Hellwig Rear Sway Bar (Ford Raptor/Raptor R) is a rear sway bar for Raptor and Raptor R - flagging this one as thin: it was only captured from a collection listing rather than a full product page, so double check the fitment details before buying.

Diesel (3.0L Power Stroke) and PowerBoost hybrid

The diesel-powered F-150 (Gen 2 in this catalog, covering various years between 2015 and 2021 depending on the part) carries different front weight than the gas trucks, and a couple of suppliers built parts specifically for that.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System, 0-2.63" Lift (K93081) is ICON's Stage 1 system with a reduced lift range on Power Stroke trucks (0-2.13" versus 0-2.63" on gas models) because ICON engineered around the diesel's weight. is ReadyLift's 2.25" leveling kit rated for the diesel, and Bilstein B8 5100 Monotube Rear Shock Pair, 0-1" Lift (33-253190) is a rear shock pair sized to pair with a leveling kit like that one.

On the PowerBoost hybrid, the extra battery and motor weight (roughly 440 lbs more than a gas-only F-150, per Air Lift) is why Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 ULTIMATE Air Springs w/ Jounce (rear pair) exists as a separate rear air spring kit sized for that curb weight, distinct from the standard kit for non-hybrid trucks.

Before you order

Check three things before you buy any lift or leveling kit: your exact trim (several kits here exclude CCD, Tremor, or BlueCruise-equipped trucks), your wheel offset and backspacing against the kit's fitment notes, and whether the install needs an alignment afterward. Kits at 5" and up generally call for a shop install given the difficulty ratings in this catalog.

Ride height changes can affect headlight aim, bumper height rules, and how a dealer or insurer treats your warranty. Those are legal and contractual questions that depend on your state and your specific warranty terms, not something this guide can answer - check with your dealer and, if it's a real concern, an attorney before you commit to a big lift.
