A high-capacity replacement diesel tank. It drops into the factory tank location using your existing sending unit, with new straps and brackets supplied, so you can cover far more distance between fill-ups when towing or working away from a fuel stop.

why this one — This is a true replacement tank rather than a bolt-in auxiliary, which means no transfer pump, no second filler neck, and no cutting or drilling. Three things to weigh honestly. It sits about 3 inches lower than the OEM tank shield and will not work with the factory skid plate, so it is a poor choice if you run rough ground. High-flow nozzles at truck stops will not shut off automatically when it fills, so you have to watch it. And S&B voids the lifetime warranty if you run it alongside an auxiliary tank.
