A replacement diesel tank that takes the factory 38-gallon tank out and puts roughly 60 gallons in its place, using the stock mounting location. Filler lines, vent tubes, brackets and hardware are all in the box, and no tune is needed.

why this one — The widest-fitting part in this lane: one tank number covers 7.3L, 6.0L and 6.4L trucks across 1999-2010 in both crew cab and extended cab long bed, which is unusual for a tank. Going from 38 to about 60 gallons is a bigger proportional jump than the newer 70-gallon tank delivers, and S&B says it fills normally at high-flow truck stops, which the 2011-2016 tank does not. The same caveat applies though: it will not work with the OE skid plate, so think twice if you run a plow truck or rough ground.
