why this one — This is the single biggest power change available for the 5.7L Tundra, and Magnuson publishes a real before-and-after crank figure (413 to 560 hp) rather than a vague claim. It is a serious, expensive job - budget for professional installation.
TESTED (manufacturer dyno, with absolute crank figures given) - magnusonsuperchargers.com states the system delivers "560 hp and 563 ft-lbs at the crank" with gains of "+143 hp & +128 ft-lbs" over a stock Tundra at approximately 7 psi, described as a 47% hp / 40% torque increase. Magnuson's own dyno, not third-party, but it is a full before/after with boost level stated.
