Replaces both tie rods and the center link that ties them together, all in one kit. Cognito changes the inner joint from the factory ball-and-socket design to a radial-loaded joint, which is the direction the load actually pushes when you turn a heavy front end on big tires.

why this one — Pick this over a tie-rod-only kit when the whole front steering assembly is already worn, or when you are running 35s and a lift and want to stop chasing steering slop for good. It costs roughly twice what a tie-rod-only kit does and is more work to install since the center link comes out too, so it is overkill on a stock-height truck with tight factory parts.
