why this one — This is the High Output version and the display comes in the box, which is the practical difference from the older tuner-only kits that need a gauge bought separately. Banks measured this one at the wheels rather than quoting crank numbers: 438 hp and 928 lb-ft stock to 519 hp and 1,068 lb-ft, a plus 86 hp and 178 lb-ft swing. Read the emissions line carefully before you order, because it is not blanket approval. It is 50-state compliant under designation D-161-167 for 2024 and 2025 trucks only; 2026 model year approval is still pending with CARB and it is not available for California 2026 vehicles.
