Fog lights throw a wide, low beam that lights the edges of the road without bouncing back off fog or dust. This one is the Baja Designs Canyon/Colorado Fog Light SAE Fog Pocket Kit Amber FPK 15-19 Canyon/Colorado, listed to fit the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Colorado. The listing describes it as carrying a DOT or SAE marking.
why this one — Look for a street-legal SAE or DOT marking if these will be used on the road. Off-road-only pods pointed at traffic are a ticket. Rudy's Performance Parts lists it at $492.95, and the fitment above is what the listing itself states, not a guess.
