The same 4 inch front lift, but with a four-link front suspension replacing the factory radius arms. Four links locate the axle while letting it move more freely over uneven ground.
why this one — Buy the 4-link if you actually take the truck off pavement, because it separates holding the axle in place from letting the suspension work, which radius arms do less well. It starts 735.87 dollars above the radius arm version of the same 4 inch kit and it is a longer install. On an F-450 that mostly drags a trailer down the interstate, that extra money and labor buys you nothing you will feel.
