A 5 inch DPF-back exhaust in mandrel-bent 409 stainless with a constant 4.87 inch inside diameter the whole way back, finished with an ob-round slash-cut tip. Banks measures 110 percent more flow area and 82 percent less backpressure than the factory system.
why this one: The bigger and better built alternative to the MBRP, at a regular 610 dollars for the chrome tip against MBRP 524.99. Two things specific to this truck. Banks names dually models in the fitment, which is the confirmation an F-450 owner needs, and Banks also states it does NOT fit regular cab long bed trucks, so check your cab and bed before ordering. Cerakote matte black is 569 dollars if you prefer a dark tip to chrome.

A 4 inch exhaust that replaces everything from the diesel particulate filter back, exiting out one side ahead of the rear wheel and finishing in a polished 5 inch stainless tip. The tubing is aluminized steel, which is the budget material in the MBRP range.
why this one: The cheapest F-450-listed exhaust on this platform at a regular 524.99 dollars, and MBRP Tour profile is their quiet tune, which matters on a truck you drive to work every day rather than to a show. Two honest catches. Aluminized steel will surface rust where the T409 stainless systems will not, so it is a value buy and not a lifetime one. And MBRP warns on its own page that trucks carrying a 35 inch spare may need the spare relocated to clear it.

number source
A finned cast aluminum cover that replaces the stamped steel factory cover on the rear differential. It holds about 0.8 quart more gear oil and sheds heat better, with internal scrapers that keep oil off the ring gear where it just churns.
why this one: This is the one that actually fits, and on an F-450 that is the whole story. The 2023 and newer F-450 runs a Dana M315 rear axle, not the axle under an F-250 or F-350, so a generic Super Duty diff cover will not bolt on no matter how many Ford trucks the box lists. At 329.99 dollars it is priced like the rest of the PPE range. Check availability first: PPE lists some finishes as temporarily out of stock, and it comes in raw, brushed and black.

Replacement exhaust manifolds for the 6.7L Power Stroke, cast in high silicon molybdenum ductile iron with 7mm walls, which PPE states is 75 percent thicker than the factory casting. Mounting hardware is included.
why this one: Factory 6.7L manifolds are known for cracking and warping, so treat this as a repair part first and an upgrade second. What makes it worth listing on this platform is that PPE names F-450 and F-550 in the fitment alongside F-250 and F-350, so it is a confirmed fit rather than an assumption carried over from the lighter trucks. Two warnings: PPE lists it as temporarily out of stock, and manifolds are a knuckle-busting job on a Super Duty, so get a labor quote before you buy the part.

A sealed cold air intake for the 2017-2019 6.7L using an oversized filter with roughly 1,065 square inches of media in the oiled version. Banks measures a 49 percent mass air flow gain on the flow bench and a 40 percent air density gain in real-world testing against stock.
why this one: This is the intake for an older F-450, and the reason to prefer it over the newer S&B kit is emissions paperwork: Banks lists this one as 50 state compliant under CARB EO D-161-132 and names F-450 in the fitment, where S&B explicitly carves F-450 out of its exemption. If you get tested, check the EO document itself covers your exact truck before you count on it. Regular price is 498.89 dollars. The obvious limit is coverage, it only fits 2017-2019, so a 2020 or newer F-450 needs a different Banks part number.

A sealed airbox and a larger filter that replace the factory intake so the turbo draws more air and less hot underhood air. S&B measures 39.05 percent more airflow and 99.42 percent filtration efficiency on the cotton cleanable version of the filter.
why this one: S&B names F-450 and F-550 in the fitment, so it physically fits the dually rather than being an F-250 kit you hope clears. Read the emissions line carefully before you order though, because it is the reason this row exists as a warning as much as a recommendation: the CARB exemption D-590-57 covers F-250 and F-350 only, and S&B states plainly that there is no CARB EO for F-450 and F-550. If your truck gets tested where you live, that is a real problem and not a footnote. This is not legal advice, just what S&B publishes.

Steel brackets and hardware that let you mount a second steering stabilizer on the front axle. A steering stabilizer is a damper that settles the wobble you feel through the wheel on big tires, and running two of them doubles that damping.
why this one: Brackets only at 219.99 dollars, cylinders sold separately, which is exactly the point: if you already own a pair of stabilizer cylinders you like, this is the cheap way to mount them. If you do not own any, the complete BDS kit with FOX 2.0 shocks is 659.89 dollars and you will spend more than the 440 dollar gap buying decent cylinders on their own. The part that matters for this truck is that it is the F-450 and F-550 bracket, not the F-250 and F-350 one, because the front axle underneath you is wider.

The complete version of the dual stabilizer setup: the F-450 and F-550 mounting brackets plus two FOX 2.0 Performance damper cylinders, so you bolt on a finished assembly instead of sourcing cylinders yourself.
why this one: One box, and on this truck that matters more than usual because the wider F-450 front axle means generic Super Duty stabilizer kits do not fit. At 659.89 dollars you are paying roughly 440 dollars over the bracket-only kit for two FOX cylinders, which is fair money for FOX. Skip it entirely if you are still on stock-size tires and the factory single stabilizer is not bothering you, because this fixes a problem you do not have yet.

Replacement radius arms, the long links that hold the front axle in place fore and aft. Stronger arms with more clearance let a lifted front axle sit at a sensible angle instead of binding against the factory arms.
why this one: This is a single component rather than a kit, so it is the right buy only if you already have lift and the factory arms are what is holding you back. Two limits worth knowing: BDS lists it for 2023 through 2026 only, so it does not fit a 2020-2022 truck, and at 649.99 dollars the money is often better folded into one of the BDS F-450 lift kits, which include arms already.

Traction bars are extra links that tie the rear axle to the frame so the leaf springs cannot twist up under a hard pull and then snap back. The BDS Recoil version puts a coil-over damper in the bar itself, so the hit gets absorbed instead of going straight into the frame.
why this one: Traction bars are one of the few rear-end parts that genuinely carry over from the F-250 and F-350 to the F-450, and BDS lists all three, so you are not paying an F-450 premium here. The line in the part name that decides whether it fits is 4.5 inch axle: measure your axle tube before ordering, because the bar clamps to it and the wrong diameter will not clamp at all.

A 2.5 inch front lift that also converts the front suspension from separate coil springs and shocks over to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers, with new radius arms so the axle still sits at the right angle at the taller ride height.
why this one: The top of the BDS F-450 range at 7,511.77 dollars, and the only one of their F-450 kits that carries a single fixed price instead of a configurable one, so what you see is what you pay. The money goes on the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers, which are remote-reservoir and rebuildable rather than throwaway. Be honest about the use case though: if the truck tows at weight and never leaves pavement, the 1,865.72 dollar version of the same 2.5 inch kit gets you the same ride height for a quarter of the money.

Aftermarket dually wheel with a multi-spoke design, offered in a 10-lug pattern sized for heavy-duty dually trucks.
why this one: Fuel Off-Road's own dually wheel collection lists this FF19D specifically as a "10-lug" 24x8.25 design (confirmed live and priced) - 10-lug dually wheels are, per this catalog's own vehicles-table research (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_F-450), a Ford F-450/F-550-specific fitment (10-lug 19.5in forged Alcoa wheels distinguish F-450 from the 8-lug F-350 DRW); no other HD truck platform in this catalog (Ram 2500/3500, Chevy/GMC 2500/3500) uses a 10-lug pattern, making this a reasonably safe brand/pattern match to F-450 specifically.
heads up
Two 24x8.25 10x225 variants exist at different MSRPs: DE192482A935 (-200mm) 878.00 and DE192482A945 (-225mm) 1043.00. The stored price is the -200mm variant. Also unconfirmed whether the 2023-2026 (Gen 5) F-450 still uses 10x225; wheel-size.com only confirms 10x225 for 2017-2022.
