A DPF-back exhaust is the diesel equivalent of a cat-back: it replaces everything from the factory diesel particulate filter rearward while leaving the DPF and catalyst fully in place, so it stays emissions-legal.
why this one: Banks Power is one of the most established diesel performance brands and explicitly markets its parts as emissions-compliant; this is their current DPF-back system for the 6.7L Power Stroke, confirmed live on their own site fitting 2017-2026 F250/F350/F450.
heads up
Retains factory DPF and catalyst - filter-back, not a delete.

number source
A DPF-back exhaust replaces everything behind the diesel particulate filter with wider 5-inch mandrel-bent stainless pipe and a straight-through path. Because it starts downstream of the DPF, every piece of factory emissions equipment stays exactly where it was.
why this one: This is the cheaper of MagnaFlow two 5-inch single-exit systems at $744, in bare polished stainless with a 6-inch rolled-edge tip. It is a muffler-delete layout, so even though MagnaFlow rates the cabin as mild, the outside of the truck gets noticeably louder. If you want your Super Duty to stay quiet, pick a system that keeps a muffler instead. It also covers an unusually wide 2008-2026 span in one part number.

number source
A DPF-back exhaust replaces the pipe and tip behind the diesel particulate filter. This one is 409 stainless finished in a high-temp satin black coating, in a 5-inch single passenger-side rear exit layout, and it leaves all factory emissions hardware untouched.
why this one: Pick this over MagnaFlow polished Pro system only if you want the blacked-out look and the extra corrosion protection. The pipe routing, the 5-inch diameter and the sound rating are identical, so you are paying roughly $150 more purely for the coated finish. That coating does earn its keep on salted winter roads and hides road grime far better than bare stainless, but understand you are buying appearance and durability, not performance.

number source
The cold-side charge pipe carries cooled air from the intercooler to the intake. This is a 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum replacement for the factory tube, supplied with 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps.
why this one: This is the 6.0L answer to the same problem the 6.7L has: factory charge tubing and boots start blowing off once you add fuel or boost. Two things to know before buying. It is the cold side only, so if you want both sides done you need aFe 46-20104-B instead and should budget accordingly. On the plus side it already has a 1/8-inch NPT port in it, so a boost gauge sender or a water-methanol nozzle can go straight in later without drilling.

number source
The cold-side charge pipe is the tube that carries cooled, pressurized air from the intercooler into the engine. Ford used plastic there from the factory, and it can crack or blow off under boost. This kit swaps it for aluminum pipe with silicone boots and stainless clamps.
why this one: Buy this as a reliability fix, not a power part. The stock plastic cold-side pipe is a well-known weak point on the 2011-2016 6.7L, and it usually lets go at the worst moment, under load. If your truck is stock and stays stock the factory pipe often lasts fine, so this really earns its place once you tune, tow heavy, or have already had one fail. Mishimoto covers it with their lifetime warranty and rates it a one-to-two hour job.

number source
A high-capacity replacement diesel tank. It drops into the factory tank location using your existing sending unit, with new straps and brackets supplied, so you can cover far more distance between fill-ups when towing or working away from a fuel stop.
why this one: This is a true replacement tank rather than a bolt-in auxiliary, which means no transfer pump, no second filler neck, and no cutting or drilling. Three things to weigh honestly. It sits about 3 inches lower than the OEM tank shield and will not work with the factory skid plate, so it is a poor choice if you run rough ground. High-flow nozzles at truck stops will not shut off automatically when it fills, so you have to watch it. And S&B voids the lifetime warranty if you run it alongside an auxiliary tank. Crew cab long bed only.

number source
A replacement diesel tank that takes the factory 38-gallon tank out and puts roughly 60 gallons in its place, using the stock mounting location. Filler lines, vent tubes, brackets and hardware are all in the box, and no tune is needed.
why this one: The widest-fitting part in this lane: one tank number covers 7.3L, 6.0L and 6.4L trucks across 1999-2010 in both crew cab and extended cab long bed, which is unusual for a tank. Going from 38 to about 60 gallons is a bigger proportional jump than the newer 70-gallon tank delivers, and S&B says it fills normally at high-flow truck stops, which the 2011-2016 tank does not. The same caveat applies though: it will not work with the OE skid plate, so think twice if you run a plow truck or rough ground.

why this one: This is AlphaRex's top tier for the 2017-2019 body and the brightest of their three series for this truck, which is what you are paying for. Compared to the PRO-Series it is a real light output upgrade rather than mostly a styling one. The fitment restriction is the thing that catches people: it replaces halogen headlights, so if your truck already left the factory with LEDs this is the wrong part.

A replacement headlight assembly that keeps H7 halogen bulbs for low and high beam but adds a projector lens, an LED daytime running light tube and sequential amber turn signals.
why this one: Pick this over the NOVA when you want the modern face for about a quarter of the money and can live with halogen output. AlphaRex is upfront that the PRO series is less bright than their LUXX and NOVA lines, so treat this as a styling upgrade that keeps your factory light output rather than a way to see farther. number source
A cold air intake replaces the stock airbox and filter with a large open-element filter in a heat-shielded housing. On the 7.3L this is mostly about letting the turbo breathe and keeping exhaust gas temperatures down when loaded.
why this one: There is not much still being made for the 7.3L, and this is one of the few intakes where the manufacturer publishes an actual dyno claim (+17 hp, +44 lb-ft) instead of only an airflow percentage. It is covered by CARB EO D-550-24. Read the fitment carefully before you buy: aFe explicitly excludes the 1999 IDI 7.3L, so it fits the Power Stroke only.

A cold air intake trades the factory airbox for a 1,000 cfm open filter in a shielded housing so the turbo draws cooler, less restricted air. The usual real-world payoff on a diesel is quicker spool and lower exhaust gas temperatures under load.
why this one: Same Momentum HD housing built specifically around the 6.0L, with aFe claiming +16 hp and +26 lb-ft and 38% more flow, under CARB EO D-550-24. Be realistic about what it does though: on a 6.0L the head studs, EGR cooler and oil cooler decide whether the truck is happy, and no intake fixes those. Treat this as a supporting mod on a healthy engine, not a cure for one that is already struggling.

requires: S&B states 2020-2026 F-250/F-350 are 50-state compliant under CARB EO D-590-57; no CARB EO for F-450/F-550. Cotton Cleanable and Dry Extendable filter options are the same price.
number source
A cold air intake replaces the factory airbox, filter and tubing with a larger, less restrictive setup that feeds the turbo more air. On a diesel this mostly shows up as quicker turbo spool and lower exhaust gas temperatures when you are working the truck, not as a big horsepower jump.
why this one: S&B seals the filter inside its own airbox so it pulls cool outside air instead of hot engine bay air, and this is one of the few 6.7L intakes with a CARB exemption (D-590-57), so it stays street legal in California on an F-250 or F-350. The honest catch: that exemption does not cover F-450 or F-550, and S&B publishes airflow percentages rather than a dyno number.

number source
A cold air intake swaps the factory airbox and filter for a bigger sealed box and a higher-flowing filter, feeding the turbo cooler, cleaner air. Expect better throttle response and a bit more turbo noise rather than a large power number.
why this one: This is S&B biggest published flow gain on any Super Duty kit at 57.30% over stock, and it carries CARB exemption D-590-46 for F-250 and F-350. One thing to get right when ordering: the original 75-5085 has been discontinued and superseded, so you want the dash-one part number 75-5085-1. As with the newer kit, F-450 and F-550 are not covered by the exemption.

number source
This replaces the factory air-to-water intercooler, the heat exchanger that cools the compressed air leaving the turbo before it reaches the engine. Cooler air is denser air, which means the engine makes power more consistently and exhaust gas temperatures stay lower when you are loaded.
why this one: Mishimoto is one of very few brands willing to put a dyno number on a 6.7L intercooler rather than just quoting a flow percentage, claiming +40 lb-ft with nothing else changed, and it is backed by their lifetime warranty. The downside is blunt: at just under $2,000 this is the most expensive part in this category by a wide margin, and the benefit shows up under sustained load like towing or grades, not in around-town driving. If you do not tow, your money goes further elsewhere.

A pair of 4-inch LP4 driving/combo LED pods with A-pillar brackets made for this truck, plus a wiring harness and hardware. Each pod is rated 8,857 raw lumens.
why this one: Baja Designs tools brackets specifically for the 2023 and newer body, which matters because the refreshed Super Duty A-pillar is not the same shape as the 2017-2022 one and older kits do not carry over. You also get a choice of a simple toggle harness or one that ties into the factory upfitter switches, which is the cleaner install if your truck has them. This is a lot of money for two pods, and auxiliary driving lights are for off-road use, not a substitute for headlights on the road.
heads up
Off-road auxiliary lighting, not a headlight replacement. Price is Baja Designs' starting price; harness choice (toggle switch vs upfitter) changes the part suffix.

A pair of LED fog lights that drop into the factory fog light pockets in the front bumper, with a wide low beam shaped for dust, fog and falling snow. 2,420 lumens per light.
why this one: Most auxiliary pods are labeled off-road use only. This one is built to SAE J583, which means it is a fog light in the legal sense and behaves like one, with a sharp cutoff that does not blind oncoming drivers. That makes it the right pick if you actually drive in weather rather than just want more light for the trail. The catch is specific and worth checking on your own bumper: it replaces the halogen-style fog light and will not fit trucks that came with the LED fog light strip.
heads up
Baja Designs states this replaces the OEM halogen-style fog light and will NOT work on trucks with the OEM LED fog light strip.

A single front monotube gas shock valved specifically for a truck that already has 2 to 2.5 inches of front lift. You need two of them to do the front axle.
why this one: Factory shocks are tuned for factory ride height, so once you level the truck they work in the wrong part of their travel and the front end feels floaty over dips. This is the standard fix and the cheapest one actually engineered for the new height. Two catches: it is sold one shock at a time so budget for two, and on a stock-height truck it is the wrong part entirely.

why this one: This is the pick if you want front lift and a genuinely better ride from the same purchase, because it swaps in real coilovers instead of stacking a spacer on top of tired factory parts. The honest downside is the money: it costs roughly eighteen times what a spacer kit does. ICON also notes the lift lands differently on gas versus diesel trucks and drops on Tremor trim, so measure your truck before you order.

why this one: The cheapest honest way to level a Super Duty and free up room for a taller tire, and unlike bare spacer kits it includes the track bar bracket that keeps the front axle where it belongs. Two things Rough Country says out loud and you should believe: it does not fully level 2017 trucks, and it will not fit a Tremor. This one covers 2005 through 2026 so it follows you across trucks, and it bolts on with no cutting or drilling. Be honest with yourself first though: a stabilizer masks steering symptoms, it does not fix worn ball joints or a loose track bar, so rule those out before you buy. It also will not fit a stock-height truck or one with 1-3/4 inch tie rods.

A stronger replacement for the bar that locates the front axle side to side, adjustable in length so you can re-center the axle after a lift and set it while it is still on the truck.
why this one: Once you go past about 1.5 inches of lift the front axle shifts sideways and the tire stops sitting centered in the fender opening. This is the part that pulls it back, and being adjustable on the vehicle means you can dial it in without pulling it off again. The forged 1.5 inch steel bar weighs about 16 pounds, roughly double the factory piece, which is what you want on a truck that tows. On a stock-height truck it solves nothing.

A pair of adjustable bars that tie the rear axle to the frame so the axle cannot twist under load, which is what stops the rear tires from hopping when you put the power down.
why this one: Diesel torque plus a lift makes leaf springs wind up, and that wind-up is what causes the violent hop off the line and on heavy trailer starts. This kit uses threaded adjustable ends and rubber bushings so it does not bind up the suspension travel the way a cheap fixed bar can. Two real catches before you buy: installation requires drilling into the frame, and Rough Country says it does not fit long wheelbase or single cab trucks.

Full LED replacement tail light assemblies with sequential turn signals, an LED reverse light, and a running light that switches between red and amber.
why this one: The back of a 2017-2022 Super Duty is where it looks most dated next to a new one, and this is the cheapest single change that fixes both the look and how fast your brake lights come on behind you. Against the older-body LUXX kit this one costs more because it is the newer tooling. Read the fitment line twice before ordering: this specific part number is for trucks without the blind spot sensor, and it replaces halogen assemblies.
heads up
This version is for trucks WITHOUT the factory blind spot sensor (BLIS), and it replaces halogen tail lights, not factory LED ones.
