A DPF-back exhaust is the diesel equivalent of a cat-back: it replaces everything from the factory diesel particulate filter rearward while leaving the DPF and catalyst fully in place, so it stays emissions-legal.
why this one: aFe is one of the largest diesel performance brands and offers both stainless and aluminized versions of this 5in DPF-back system with a choice of black or polished tips.

A DPF-back exhaust is the diesel equivalent of a cat-back: it replaces everything from the factory diesel particulate filter rearward while leaving the DPF and catalyst fully in place, so it stays emissions-legal.
why this one: Banks explicitly markets its diesel tuners/exhaust/intakes as "emissions compliant performance parts" (bankspower.com), and this 409-stainless DPF-back system is purpose-fit to the current SRW-only 2019-2024 Cummins body with a documented backpressure reduction.

A DPF-back exhaust is the diesel equivalent of a cat-back: it replaces everything from the factory diesel particulate filter rearward while leaving the DPF and catalyst fully in place, so it stays emissions-legal.
why this one: Diamond Eye is a well-known DPF-back specialist and this dual-outlet 409-stainless kit is purpose-fit to the 2013-2018 Crew Cab Short Box 6.7L Cummins - one of the best-documented model/cab/bed combos for this era.

pairs with: Tire, Wheel
requires: 2019-2025 Ram HD with the 11.5in or 11.8in 14-bolt rear axle. Available raw, brushed or black per PPE.
number source
The differential cover is the plate bolted to the back of your rear axle housing that holds the gear oil in. This is a thick cast aluminum replacement for the stamped steel factory cover, and it holds about three quarters of a quart more oil.
why this one: Extra oil volume and aluminum fins matter most if you tow heavy or run in hot country, because gear oil temperature is what kills rear differentials. It also has a drain plug, which the factory cover does not, so future gear oil changes stop being a messy job of pulling the whole cover off. The honest downside is that this does nothing for a truck that never tows, and it is a cosmetic upgrade at that point.

~30-45 min (reasoned estimate; plugs into the OBDII port, most of the time is routing the cable and mounting the pod)
pairs with: Turbos, Tune, Fuel System
requires: Fits ALL 2008+ OBDII CAN bus vehicles; not year-specific to Ram. Note this covers 2008 model year onward, so 2007.5 trucks are outside the stated range. Standard 52mm (2-1/16in) gauge mount, pod not included.
number source
A digital gauge that plugs into your truck OBDII port and shows engine data the factory dash never displays, things like turbo boost pressure, exhaust gas temperature and transmission temperature. The DataMonster version also records up to 100 values at once to a microSD card so you can look at what happened after a tow.
why this one: If you tow heavy or you are adding power parts, watching exhaust gas temperature is the single cheapest way to avoid an expensive mistake, and this reads it without drilling a probe into your exhaust manifold. One unit covers any 2008 or newer truck, so it moves with you. The honest downsides are that OBDII-derived readings update slightly slower than a dedicated hard-wired sensor, and at $419.00 it costs more than a basic single-function gauge that does one job well.

pairs with: Cat-Back, Turbos
requires: 2013-2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins per BD product title. NOTE: these trucks already have a factory VGT turbo exhaust brake; this is a supplemental inline unit. BD does not publish a part number on this product page.
number source
An exhaust brake restricts exhaust flow on the way out so the engine has to work against that back pressure, which slows the truck without touching the service brakes. This is an inline butterfly valve that clamps into the exhaust and is controlled electronically, so there is no air compressor or air lines to plumb.
why this one: This only makes sense for people who tow heavy in mountains. Your 2013-2024 Cummins already has a factory exhaust brake built into the variable-geometry turbo, so this is an addition to that rather than a fix for something missing, and BD claims up to 150 retarding horsepower from it. The honest downsides are steep: it is over a thousand dollars, it needs exhaust and electrical work, and a truck that tows flat or light will never notice the difference.

number source
This drops a Baja Designs LED pod into the factory fog light opening in the bumper and wires to the stock fog light switch, so it looks factory and works off the button already on your dash. The wide cornering beam throws light out to the sides, which is what actually helps on dark corners and driveways.
why this one: Fog pocket lights are the cheapest real lighting upgrade because there is no cutting, no aftermarket switch and no bumper drilling, and using the factory fog circuit keeps it simple. Baja Designs rates these at 3,162 raw lumens each with an IP69K waterproof rating. Two honest catches: this kit is listed for the Big Horn trim fog pocket, and other trims need Mopar bracket or bezel parts to fit, and the listed price is per light pod, so a matched pair costs roughly double.

~2-3 hrs (reasoned estimate; most of the job is lowering the fuel tank)
pairs with: Turbos, Tune
requires: Fits 2011-2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins per manufacturer fitment. Trucks with the 50-gallon factory tank need the tank-specific version instead.
number source
A lift pump sits in the fuel tank and pushes diesel forward to the high-pressure injection pump. This one replaces the factory in-tank pump module with a higher-flow unit so the injection pump is always fed more fuel than it needs, instead of having to pull fuel up the line itself.
why this one: This is a drop-in replacement for the factory in-tank module, so unlike an external frame-mounted lift pump kit there is no drilling, no extra fuel lines, and nothing hanging under the truck to catch road debris. Fleece rates it to support up to 800 hp. The honest downside is that a stock or lightly modified truck will never use that headroom, and you still have to drop the fuel tank to install it, which is the part most people underestimate.

pairs with: Turbos, Tune
requires: 50-gallon factory fuel tank ONLY. Confirm your tank size before ordering; the standard-tank PowerFlo (FPE-34562) is the correct part otherwise.
number source
A lift pump sits in the fuel tank and pushes diesel forward to the high-pressure injection pump. This is the same PowerFlo pump built on the sender unit that fits the optional 50-gallon factory fuel tank rather than the standard tank.
why this one: Pick this one only if your truck came with the 50-gallon tank option, because the standard-tank pump physically will not seal in it. Fleece rates it to support up to 800 hp including dual CP3 setups. The downside is the same as the standard version: it costs real money for headroom a stock truck does not need, and the tank has to come down to fit it.

number source
A complete replacement headlight housing with LED projectors instead of the factory reflector bulbs. Projectors focus light into a defined beam with a sharp horizontal cutoff, so you get more usable light down the road without throwing glare into oncoming traffic.
why this one: If your truck came with the base halogen or LED reflector headlights, this is a genuine night-driving upgrade rather than just a styling one, and AlphaRex states the beam meets DOT FMVSS108 and SAE cutoff requirements, which cheap import housings usually do not. The honest downsides are the price, which is the highest of any lighting part on this platform, and that trucks already fitted with factory LED projector headlights need an extra converter that AlphaRex charges $65 for on top.

This is not a simple cold-air-intake filter kit - it replaces the factory intake manifold elbow AND the factory grid heater (the electric element that pre-warms intake air) with a Banks high-flow coil heater and custom intake plate, addressing a known factory grid-heater bolt failure mode.
why this one: Banks specifically engineered this to fix a factory grid-heater design issue (loose bolts that can cause engine damage) while improving airflow 88.3% over stock - a genuinely different value proposition than a standard cold air intake for this era truck.

requires: 2013-2018 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins. Same price for cotton cleanable and dry extendable filter; filter part number KF-1037 for both.
number source
A cold air intake replaces the factory airbox and tubing with a larger, less restrictive setup that draws cooler air from outside the engine bay. On a diesel this mostly shows up as slightly quicker turbo response and a louder induction whistle rather than a big power number.
why this one: This fills the gap for the 2013-2018 Cummins, which sits between the two S&B kits already listed here. S&B publishes real bench numbers for it, roughly 55% more airflow at 99.55% filtration on the cotton filter, and you can pick oiled cotton or dry media at the same price. The honest downside is that S&B publishes no horsepower claim at all for this kit, so treat any specific hp figure you see quoted elsewhere as marketing rather than measurement.

number source
The steering box is bolted to the frame rail on one side only, so under load the frame itself flexes and the box moves slightly. That movement feels like slop in the steering wheel even when every joint is tight. This bar braces the output shaft of the steering box across to the opposite frame rail so it stays put.
why this one: This is the cheapest of the three common Ram HD steering fixes and it addresses a completely different root cause than the other two: frame and box flex rather than worn joints. That makes it the right first step if your steering feels vague but a shop found no play in the linkage. The honest downsides are that it replaces nothing, so it will not help a truck with worn joints, and it is 4WD only.

number source
A leveling system raises the front of the truck to sit even with the rear, which fixes the nose-down stance a diesel gets from the heavy engine and makes room for a bigger tire. This kit does it with taller linear-rate coil springs plus matched shocks at all four corners rather than a spacer.
why this one: Most cheap leveling kits are just a spacer stacked on the factory spring, which raises the truck but leaves the stock shock working outside its designed range and usually rides worse. Carli replaces the springs and valves the shocks to match, so ride quality typically improves rather than degrades. The honest downsides are cost, this is several times a spacer kit, and that it is Ram 2500 4x4 diesel only because the 3500 uses a leaf-spring rear and needs a different system.

requires: 2014-2025 Ram 2500/3500 4x4. Kryptonite lists fitment through 2026 on the product page; years captured conservatively to the product title range. Not for 2WD.
number source
The drag link is the bar that connects your steering box to the front wheels. On these trucks the factory unit uses small ball joints that wear out and develop play, which shows up as vague steering and, in bad cases, the front-end shake owners call death wobble. This is a heavier replacement bar with rebuildable joints.
why this one: The drag link is the single most common wear point in the 4th and 5th gen Ram HD front end, so if your steering has gone loose this is usually the actual worn part rather than the stabilizer. Kryptonite backs it with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. The honest downsides are the price for one link and the fact that replacing it alone will not fix play that is coming from the tie rod, ball joints or track bar, so diagnose before you buy.

pairs with: Tire, Wheel
requires: SHOCKS NOT INCLUDED - brackets and hardware only. Kryptonite states it will NOT work with stock wheels; max backspacing 5.5in for 285-wide tires. 4x4 only. Product title reads 2014-2025, page fitment list reads 2014-2026.
number source
A steering stabilizer is a shock absorber laid sideways across the front axle that damps side-to-side steering movement. This kit is the bracketry to mount two of them instead of the single factory one, which gives the front end more damping to settle oscillation on big tires.
why this one: A dual stabilizer treats the symptom of front-end shake rather than the cause, so it is the right buy only after your drag link, tie rod and track bar are known good. Two things catch people out on this specific kit: the shocks are NOT included, so budget for a pair on top of the $399.99, and Kryptonite states it will not clear stock wheels, with a 5.5in maximum backspacing for 285-wide tires. Check your wheels before ordering.

~5-7 hrs, professional alignment recommended (reasoned estimate for a coil-spring front lift on an HD solid-axle truck)
pairs with: Wheel, Tire
requires: RAM 2500 4WD ONLY, Standard Output diesel only per ReadyLift. Does NOT fit Ram 3500 (leaf-spring rear) and does NOT fit 3500 High Output trucks. 35in maximum tire diameter per ReadyLift.
number source
A coil-spring lift kit replaces the front coil springs (and often the front struts/shocks) to raise ride height, typically to fit larger tires, on top of pairing rear lift blocks.
why this one: ReadyLift's SST2.1 pairs monotube front struts with piggyback-reservoir rear shocks (3 tuning positions) and is explicitly engineered for the Standard Output diesel motor at up to a 35in tire.

Radius arms locate the front axle on a Ram HD solid-axle front end; tubular replacement arms correct caster/geometry after a 4.5-6in lift so the truck drives straight and tires wear evenly.
why this one: This kit is explicitly built to correct geometry on 4-6in lifted 2019+ Ram 2500/3500 trucks, complementing a lift kit in that height range from ReadyLift or another brand.

An aggressive mud-terrain tire with a 3-ply sidewall for off-road durability.
why this one: LT285/70R17 is a very common upgrade size for Ram 2500/3500 (close to factory-optional sizing on many trims) and this listing has a confirmed current price.

A hybrid all-terrain/mud-terrain tire designed to blend quiet on-road manners with aggressive off-road grip.
why this one: This specific size (LT275/65R18) is Load Range E, rated for heavier GVWR duty-cycle use appropriate to a 2500/3500, and is a size Nitto explicitly lists among its "popular truck and 4x4 fitments."

requires: 2019-2022 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins per manufacturer fitment. CARB EO# D-834-2 per Fleece.
number source
A turbocharger uses exhaust flow to spin a compressor that packs more air into the engine. This is a drop-in replacement for the factory variable-geometry turbo with a re-machined compressor housing and a larger wheel, aimed at quicker spool and more airflow than stock.
why this one: The important thing here is that it keeps every factory turbo function, including the exhaust brake and the cold-weather warm-up cycle, which cheap drop-in turbos often break. Fleece also lists CARB Executive Order D-834-2 for it, so it is a 50-state street legal part rather than race-use-only. The honest downsides are the price and that Fleece publishes no hp or torque number for it, so anyone quoting you a specific gain is guessing.
