This replaces the fuel pump inside the tank on 2011-2020 EcoBoost F-150s and Raptors with a higher-flow unit rated at 415 liters per hour. A bigger in-tank pump keeps fuel supply ahead of demand when a tuned or upgraded engine needs more than the stock pump can deliver, and it is rated for E85. On a stock truck you will not feel any difference.

why this one — It covers a wide 2011-2020 span across the 2.7L, 3.5L, and Raptor trucks for $279, and DeatschWerks sells it on a clear flow rating rather than a power claim. If E85 is the plan, budget for a tune and check warranty impact.

heads up

Fuel system hardware is not itself an emissions-control component, but running on E85/high-ethanol blends requires supporting tune changes - verify local fuel regulations and powertrain warranty impact before installing.
