why this one — Airaid is the only intake here that publishes an actual number with a dyno chart behind it, about 10.3 hp at 5700 rpm, where most intake makers only quote airflow percentages. The DRYFLOW filter is also washable and never needs oiling, which removes the most common way people damage a mass airflow sensor. Two things to weigh: Airaid states it is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles, and their own page says custom ECU tuning is needed to get the most out of it, so the 10.3 hp is a best case rather than a bolt-on-and-forget figure.
