A belt-driven supercharger that forces extra air into the 5.7L HEMI for a large power increase. This version is built around the eTorque hybrid setup, so it comes with the extra brackets and relocation hardware needed to keep that system working.
why this one — If your 5.7L has eTorque, this is the kit, not the cheaper non-eTorque one, and Whipple is explicit that the two are not interchangeable. It carries its own CARB Executive Order, D-231-152, so the certification is a specific number you can look up. Whipple also quotes a higher figure here, up to 220 rwhp against 180 for the non-eTorque kit, though that is their own dyno on 93 octane and not an independent test. Same real costs as any supercharger: roughly 150 dollars more than the other kit, a long professional install, and premium fuel from then on.
CLAIMED (manufacturer) - whipplesuperchargers.com product page for WK-3310-30 states "up to 220 RWHP" and "over 160 rear-wheel lb-ft at 4000 rpm" on 93 octane. Whipple's own figures, rear-wheel, no independent dyno verification found this pass.
