A 2 inch spacer that sits on top of the rear coil springs to raise the back of the truck. The Ram 1500 is the only half-ton with coil springs at the rear instead of leaf springs, so this is the rear-lift part that actually applies to this truck.
why this one — Most half-ton rear lift parts are leaf spring blocks or add-a-leafs and none of them fit a Ram 1500. This is the cheap, correct answer when you have already lifted the front and the back now sits low, or when you want a level 2 inch rise all round. Two honest caveats: it does nothing for ride quality because you keep the stock springs and shocks, and the listed install is around four hours because the rear coils have to come out.
